Dr. Marisa Henriques is a highly experienced General Dentist with over 20 years of combined clinical and academic experience, having practiced extensively in Portugal and Qatar.
She graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the University of Porto in 2002 and went on to complete a specialization in Conservative and Restorative Dentistry at the same institution. Dr. Marisa owned and managed her own private dental clinic in Porto for more than a decade, while also working across several private clinics and serving as an Assistant Professor at both the University of Porto and the Portuguese Catholic University. She has also published several peer-reviewed scientific articles.
Dr. Marisa provides comprehensive dental care for adults and children, with expertise in complex restorative cases, endodontic treatments, aesthetic dentistry, and laser-assisted procedures. She has worked within multidisciplinary clinical teams, allowing for a collaborative and well-coordinated approach to patient care.
She is strongly committed to a conservative and preventive philosophy, focusing on preserving natural tooth structure while achieving predictable, long-lasting results. Her clinical expertise covers restorative and aesthetic dentistry, endodontics using magnification, preventive care, and the management of dental emergencies.
