Invisalign is a clinically proven teeth-straightening treatment that uses a series of clear, removable aligners custom-made for your teeth. The length of treatment varies depending on your specific needs and goals, but the average is about 12-18 months. Your orthodontist will determine the best treatment plan for you.

While some people may experience temporary discomfort when starting a new set of aligners, it's typically mild and subsides quickly.

The great thing about Invisalign is that it’s removable—so yes, you can still enjoy all your favorite foods! Just remember to take your aligners out before eating or drinking anything other than water.

Eating with them in can stain or damage the aligners, and hot drinks can warp the plastic. Once you’re done, simply brush your teeth and pop them back in to stay on track with your treatment.

You should clean your aligners by gently brushing and rinsing them in lukewarm water. Your orthodontist may recommend using special cleaning tablets or Invisalign’s Cleaning Crystals. It’s essential that you clean your teeth before re-insering your aligners.

Add store away from direct sunlight. Also, avoid leaving your aligner in a hot car. The heat in the summer can warp the plastic.

In Dubai’s climate, we also advise patients to store aligners in their case to prevent warping from heat exposure.
