Drs. Nicolas & Asp Centers (DNAC) respects your right to privacy. This Internet Privacy Policy (this ‘Policy’) describes how DNAC protects your privacy when we collect personal information on DNAC websites and does not apply to DNAC’ activities that are “offline” or unrelated to the website.

This policy also summarizes what personally identifiable information we may collect, and how we might use this information and also describes other important topics relating to your privacy.

Information Collected on DNAC Websites and How It May Be Used

When you access and use a DNAC website, there are 3 ways we may collect information about you:

1. Information Sent to Us by Your Web Browser

DNAC collects information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser. This information typically includes the IP address of your internet service provider, the name of your operating system (such as Macintosh® or Windows®) and the name and version of your browser (such as Internet Explorer® or Google Chrome®). The information provided by your browser does not identify you personally. We use this information to create statistics that help us improve our sites and make them more compatible with the technology used by our online visitors.

2. Information Collected By Placing a ‘Cookie’ On Your Computer

Cookies are small bits of data cached in a user’s browser. DNAC utilizes cookies to determine whether or not you have visited the home page in the past. 3. Information You Knowingly and Voluntarily Provide

You may also be asked to provide personally identifiable information on the DNAC website, which may include your name, address, DOB, telephone number, e-mail address. This information can be gathered when you register for services through appointment/inquiry/feedback forms or when e-mails are sent to nicolasandasp.ae.

DNAC uses this information for the purposes for which you provide it. For example, if you provide your e-mail address when you sign up to receive any medical/dental reports through e-mail or submitting the appointment/careers/inquiry forms, we use your e-mail address to deliver the e-mail alerts you request.

We may also use the information we collect on DNAC websites for various business purposes such as customer service, fraud prevention, market research, improving our products and services and providing you and your company with information and offers we believe may be of interest to you. We may also remove all the personally identifiable information and use the rest for historical, statistical or scientific purposes.

DNAC will not sell personal information collected from its websites to mailing list brokers.

Your personal information will generally be stored in DNAC databases or databases maintained by our service providers. Most of these databases are stored on servers located in the United States. DNAC maintains reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal information.  Although we use security measures to help protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure, misuse or alteration, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the internet, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the internet and will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.

DNAC reserves the right to update or modify this Policy, at any time and without prior notice, by posting the revised version of this Policy on our DNAC websites. We also reserve the right to update or modify Website Privacy Statements, at any time and without prior notice, by posting the revised Privacy Statement on the applicable DNAC website. If we modify this Policy or any Privacy Statement, the modifications will only apply to the personal information we collect after we have posted the revised Policy or Privacy Statement on the applicable DNAC website.
