Dr. Barry is an Irish dentist with over 45 years of private practice experience in Ireland, the UK, and the UAE.
Following his graduation from University College Cork in Ireland in 1977, he worked in a private practice in London while undertaking a clinical attachment at Greenwich Hospital.
Dr. Barry entered a full-time postgraduate program at Eastman Dental Institute, London, and received his Master's in Prosthodontics in 1990. He is highly trained in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including full mouth reconstructions.
He earned a Certificate in Basic and Advanced Implantology from the Branenmark Institute in Gothenburg, Sweden, and participated in several other conferences and master courses in implant dentistry.
Before joining Drs. Nicolas & Asp in 2011, Dr. Barry ran his own private practice in Cork for 32 years. He also spent many years teaching undergraduate students at University College Cork, as well as postgraduate students pursuing Master of Clinical Dentistry in Restorative Dentistry.
He is an active member of the Irish Dental Association.
