Dr. Salam, Jordanian-Venezuelan, a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Jordanian Association of Orthodontics, and Arab Orthodontic society, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Oral and Dental Medicine (1994) from Cairo University. She, later on, earned her P.H.D in Orthodontics (2001) from EGE University, and subspecialized in the Cleft Lip and Palate cases. Being a highly trained and experienced Orthodontics with more than 20 years of experience, she also interviewed Orthodontists for obtaining their DHA licenses.

Dr. Salam has a special interest in Interceptive Orthodontics for children as well as Orthodontics for adults; using Damon braces and Ceramic Braces. She is also a GCC license holder for Invisalign (invisible braces). She joined Drs. Nicolas & Asp in July 2001.
