If during your visit you or your family has any concerns, please direct them to the staff caring for you. Drs. Nicolas & Asp will appreciate hearing from you if you have a suggestion for improvement or a compliment about the service.

If you would like to make a statement about the care you received, please use the “Patient Satisfaction Form” available at the reception and waiting areas.

In our experience many patients find that their complaint can be resolved by discussing the issue with their dentist or doctor. In the event that your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction in this way, we suggest that you put your complaint in writing by filling the “Complaint Form” and submit it to any of our front desk staff.
