1. Follow Drs. Nicolas & Asp regulations affecting your care and conduct.
2. Inform staff when you need assistance to deal with thoughts or feelings rather than let discomfort build over time.
3. Show consideration for others and deal with other patients and staff with respect.
4. Respect the privacy of other patients.
5. Provide complete and accurate information about present complaints, past illness, previous hospitalization and treatment, and any known drug allergy.
6. Follow the treating dentist and/or doctor instructions.
7. Take the responsibility for refusing or not following the treatment plan.
8. Attend the appointment on time. If you want to cancel it, inform the appointment office 24 hours in advance.
9. Respect the priority given to emergency cases.
10. Patients are expected to ensure that the financial obligations for their healthcare are met.
