Our vision for the program is to educate and support new graduates to develop confidence, professionalism, expertise and excellent clinical skills. The program provides experience in a diverse and challenging range of specialty healthcare environments and has a strong commitment to excellence.

A structured yet flexible program provides graduates with a comprehensive orientation to Drs. Nicolas & Asp clinical and non-clinical areas. All graduates are assigned to different departments in order to observe and facilitate their orientation and competency development to work in the healthcare field.
